Kaal stores production and financial records so you can run the farm and, if you choose, share a report with a bank, buyer or cooperative. We do not sell individually identifiable farm data.

What we collect

Phone number for sign-in, the enterprises you activate, units, logs, inventory and ledger rows you enter, and optional community posts.

What we do not do

We do not log OTP codes, access tokens or phone numbers in application logs. Supervisors on a cooperative dashboard see aggregated farm health, not private financials.

Your rights

You can export production and finance CSVs from the Reports tab. Contact Aidnovate in Kumasi to request correction or deletion of an account.
